Repairs and parts covered
We will repair your product for the term of the plan and if we can’t repair it we will replace it.
We only use experienced, qualified and fully vetted engineers.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Repairs or replacement costs following mechanical or electrical breakdown.
Are all costs paid for?
Yes. Call out, labour, replacement parts and VAT.
How do I report a fault?
You simply call us on 0844 8475391 to report a fault, opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday.
Who are the administrators of the scheme?
UK Warranty are specialists in warranty administration and claims management, they offer exemplary levels of customer service and are always there to help if you have any queries regarding the cover provided.
Who carries out repairs?
As authorised agents we can repair most appliances. In some cases it will be provided by the manufacturers or their agents. All staff will be fully equipped and trained, providing a high level of service.
What if the product cannot be repaired?
If this is the case, or it is beyond economical repair the plan will cover the cost of a replacement product, matching the specification of the original product.
Who pays for any service costs?
The warranty will cover all service costs and will pay your repairer directly, there is nothing for you to pay. Once you have taken out the cover you can be assured of complete protection.
Are there any exclusions?
Yes, but kept to a sensible minimum. Cover does not include cleaning, tuning, batteries, blockages, misuse or accidental breakage and the like. Your household insurance may give you cover against accidental breakage, fire, theft and flood.
